History
According to a tradition, the Monte had a first foundation in the fifteenth century, or perhaps in the year 1500 (as for Meneghin). Plundered in 1556, it was reconstituted by the Mayors of the Hospital and the Confraternity of San Nicolò in 1561. From 1627, it passed under the administration of the Confraternità della Pietà. Subsequently, the administration passed to the nonreligious and, in the end, to the local Congregazione di Carità. The exact termination date is not known.

Archival history
Two envelopes of documents produced by the Monte (1865-1871) are kept in a series of the “Ente comunale di assistenza di Mogliano“ fund at the same institute [http://siusa.archivi.beniculturali.it/cgi-bin /pagina.pl?TipoPag=comparc&Chiave=287130]. Another documentation should be among the papers of Congregazione di Carità, at the municipal historical archive as the former.
